This kaftan dress is all about the "flow" with the sleeves and skirt giving a classic but feminine look. Wear it with the self-tie to accentuate the waist (in front or back for two very different looks), or with no belt at all for the classic kaftan look. Designed to be worn over swimwear or a slip.
