Delivery & Returns
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.
- Free Shipping to major SA cities.
- All orders are dispatched with our couriers and arrive within 2-5 working days from dispatch (for main cities in South Africa) provided that the product is in stock. We can also send items with our express courier for an extra cost, please email us email@example.com to request a quote.
- For outlaying towns that are NOT listed as main delivery areas when buying our product, please contact us for courier charges on: firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will be required to sign for delivery. We suggest providing a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
- Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
- We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- International deliveries will be quoted for individually. Please contact email@example.com
- No exchanges or returns for international orders.
- Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. BENA takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.
- The shipping cost explicitly excludes any possible taxes and duties that could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to make them as dutiable “merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns - In the unlikely case you receive a product that you're not happy with, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange for a credit/exchange/refund. We will however need you to return the item to us via courier before we can arrange for a credit. (We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact email@example.com). Once we receive the item, we'll email you your credit note. This credit note will not include your original shipping cost. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material quality, assembly process, incorrect usage or care of the product (not following the prescribed wash care instructions) the original product will be returned to you.
Exchanges - We are committed to providing you with the best fit. Kindly check the garment's sizing chart online for your perfect fit. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery for national orders at the client's cost. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached. We unfortunately do not do exchanges on product(s) which have been personalized (i.e. monogramed). To request an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll get back to you. We will quote you on the cost of the courier to get the original product back to us, and the new product to you. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you (if in stock).
Please note: regrettably we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders or any 'sale', discounted or promotional items.
